What's more, it makes the prospect of having an entire Vanagon to oneself look positively bourgeois. Something for me to keep in mind next time I'm in a dark mood and wondering if it's really such a good idea for one person to live in such a small space.
The Kelloggs live in a 36 foot class A, and if we assume it's about 8 feet wide, that comes to 288 square feet – roughly 20 square feet per person. Heck, I've got them beat just with the area covered by my groovy birch subfloor pictured above. That's 25 spacious square feet right there folks, and an almost obscene 45 square feet from the van's rear all the way up to the back of the driver/passenger seats.
Cavernous! Capacious! Commodious!

Bur they can stand up in their 20 sq ft!!!!
ReplyDeleteGlenn still has the option of adding a stand up roof if he chooses to. Can you imagine the wait for the bathroom? Way too many kids in this world of 7 billion hairless apes.
